Roberto Ramirez, Esq.

​​Co-founder of Ramirez & Ramirez, P.A., Roberto Ramirez, Esq. has been a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 1997.

Mr. Ramirez attended Florida State University in Talahassee, Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminology in 1994.  He thereafter attended St. Thomas University School of Law where he received his juris doctorate degree in 1997.  Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Ramirez worked as an associate at Sirven & Adams, P.A. where he gained experience handling Personal Injury Protection litigation matters.  In 1998, Mr. Ramirez worked at the Law Offices of Jose M. Francisco where he gained valuable experience representing clients in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Bankruptcy matters.  In 2006, he founded the firm of Ramirez & Ramirez, P.A.

Mr. Ramirez has over 15 years of experience and possesses extensive knowledge in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Bankruptcy, and Personal Injury litigation.

​Alina M. Ramirez, Esq.

Co-founder of Ramirez & Ramirez, P.A., Alina M. Ramirez, Esq. has been a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 2006.

Ms. Ramirez attended Florida International University in Miami, Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2003.  She thereafter attended St. Thomas University School of Law where she received her juris doctorate degree in 2006.  During her time in law school, Ms. Ramirez worked as a law clerk for the General Counsel for Total Bank in Miami, Florida.  Upon being admitted to the Florida Bar, Ms. Ramirez co-founded the firm of Ramirez & Ramirez, P.A. where she practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury.
